Local Delivery

Local Delivery now available within a 6 mile radius of our store! 

This opens up the delivery program to residents of:

New London

Groton

Uncasville

Quaker Hill

Niantic

Gales Ferry

East Lyme

Delivery is available from 11am to 7pm EVERYDAY

Delivery for the Navy Base is available at all times during these periods

Use "1 Crystal Lake Road, Groton, CT 06349" as your delivery address.
The delivery driver will arrive in the Visitor's Lot next to the main gate during your selected time of delivery.

How It Works

  1. Enter your preferred delivery address during checkout.
  2. Select "Local Delivery" as your shipping option. The system will determine
    whether you are within our radius.
  3. Select the "Date" and "Time of Delivery". A window of multiple hours is optional and quite welcome as it allows our deliveries to run more smoothly.
  4. Finish the check-out process. You will receive an email within minutes with your order confirmation. 
  5. A member of the Fog Factory Team will call you to confirm your order, go over any items that are out of stock, and confirm the chosen delivery time. Please ensure that you answer this call, or your order could be delayed or cancelled.
  6. Sit tight while we get your order packed!
  7. A Fog Factory Team member will arrive with your delivery. Please be ready with both your ID and payment method – we can not finalize a delivery without these present.
  8. Vape away!
